All eggs incubators are full automatic. Hatching rate is 98%.
FAQ 2 — What is your MOQ? Do you accept trial orders?
Answer:
Our MOQ is flexible. Most standard incubator models can start from 1 unit, and trial orders are accepted. Some quotation prices apply from 5 sets upward. Customized products, such as products with your own logo, may require a higher MOQ. Please tell us whether this is a trial order or a repeat order so we can confirm the exact MOQ.
FAQ 3 — Can you deliver to my country or my freight forwarder in China?
Answer:
Yes. We can ship to your overseas address or to your freight forwarder’s warehouse in China, including warehouses in Guangzhou, Foshan, Yiwu, and other cities. Please provide the warehouse address, contact person, and phone number. For sea shipment, please also provide your destination port so we can calculate the freight cost.
FAQ 4 — Does the price include shipping, customs duty, and delivery?
Answer:
We can quote on an EXW, CIF, or DDP basis. EXW excludes freight, CIF includes delivery to the destination port, and DDP generally includes transportation, customs duty, and door delivery. Please confirm your preferred Incoterm and final destination before we issue a quotation. Packaging upgrades, such as reinforced wooden cases, may incur additional charges.
FAQ 5 — Do you offer solar-powered incubators? How long can they work during a power outage?
Answer:
Yes. We offer three configurations:
Electric incubator only
Solar backup system, which can provide approximately 4–6 hours of backup power
24-hour solar system, which can operate without mains electricity for 24 hours
The solar panels, battery capacity, inverter power, and price depend on the incubator capacity and required backup time. Please tell us your required capacity, backup duration, and local power conditions so we can recommend the correct system.
FAQ 6 — What are the product specifications and functions?
Answer:
Our incubators can support automatic egg turning, automatic temperature and humidity control, out-of-range alarms, power-failure memory, and automatic restart. Different models have different power ratings, dimensions, and weights. For example:
Voltage, frequency, plug type, packaging, and accessories should be confirmed according to the destination market and selected model.
FAQ 7 — What certificates and compliance documents can you provide?
Answer:
This information must be confirmed internally before making a final commitment. We can provide the available certificate files for review. For European-market buyers, please specify the required documents, such as the EU Declaration of Conformity, LVD report, EMC report, or GPSR technical documentation, and tell us which models they must cover. We will confirm the available documents with our quality team in writing.
