Features of Setter Incubator Hatcher Machinery
High Economic Benefit: Uses electricity as the main heat source and coal as an auxiliary source, including honeycomb briquettes, eggettes, coal cakes, charcoal, liquefied gas, etc. It can also maintain a constant temperature by circulating hot water. The incubator is designed with the setter on top and the hatcher below.
Power On/Off Control: Automatic control when power is on; manual supervision when power is off. The machine can continue to operate for a certain period after a power outage.
Safe and Reliable: The stove first heats the water in the heater, which generates steam. The hot water and steam flow through hoses into the water pan. The stove and incubator are separate, ensuring safety and eliminating odor. The incubator uses high-insulation nickel-chromium heating elements enclosed in plastic for efficient and safe heating.
Dual Heating and Humidification: Equipped with dual heating tubes and dual humidification tubes, with independent on/off controls for both systems.
Double Heating and Humidifying System: Features two heating pipes and two humidifying units, with dual switch controls for precise temperature and humidity management.
Energy Saving: Automatically adjusts power usage to reduce electricity consumption.
Oxygen Supply Function: Includes an oxygen supply system via the humidification pump, helping to improve hatch rates.

Packing material: The incubator will be packed with plywood. In the bottom, there are angle iron rack to protect incubator for transport.
