Box: The box is made of three layers—outer recovery steel plate, middle insulation material, and inner recovery steel plate—which together provide effective insulation.
Controller: This is the most important electrical component of the incubator. It controls the coordination between various parts and provides real-time feedback on operational status.
Temperature Probe: Detects the actual temperature inside the incubator, sends the data to the controller, and is displayed via the controller.
Humidity Probe: Detects the actual humidity inside the incubator, sends the data to the controller, and is displayed via the controller.
Fan and Heating Tube: The heating tube is the main heating component of the incubator. A fan is installed in front of the heating tube to distribute the generated heat evenly throughout the incubator.
Exhaust Fan: When the internal temperature exceeds the set value, the exhaust fan activates automatically to discharge excess heat, helping to maintain temperature balance inside the incubator.
Vents: As the eggs approach the hatching stage and the chicks continue to develop, their oxygen demand increases. Opening the vents significantly improves airflow inside the incubator, thereby increasing the oxygen levels.
Water Pan and Humidifying Tube: The humidifying tube is installed inside the water pan. When the pan is filled with water, the tube heats the water, promoting evaporation to increase humidity inside the incubator.
Hatching Basket: Positioned above the water pan, the hatching basket is used in the later stage of incubation. Eggs are transferred here to allow chicks to hatch safely.
Egg Racks and Egg Trays: The number of egg rack layers varies depending on the incubator model. Different poultry species require different types of egg trays. The trays are placed on each layer of the egg rack, and are used for egg incubation during the early and middle stages.
