Operation Method for Thermometer and Humidity Meter

 

Install the Battery
Slide open the battery cover in the direction indicated on the back of the device. Remove the battery spacer and replace the battery cover. The device is now ready for use.


Button Functions
· [MODE]: Switches between clock and alarm display modes / Sets the current time, alarm time, 12 or 24-hour format, and date.
· [ADJ]: Adjusts the values for time, date, and other settings.
· [MEMORY]: Displays the highest and lowest recorded temperature and humidity values. Hold for 2 seconds to clear memory.
· [°C/°F]: Switches the temperature unit between Celsius (°C) and Fahrenheit (°F).
· [RESET]: Resets all settings and clears memory, returning the device to its default state.


Setting Time and Date
In the default clock display mode, press and hold [MODE] for 2 seconds. The minutes will start flashing.
· Press [ADJ] to adjust the minutes.
· Press [MODE] repeatedly to cycle through and set the hour, 12/24-hour format, month (M), and day (D).


Alarm and Hourly Chime Settings
In clock mode (the colon between the hour and minute blinks every second), press [MODE] once to enter alarm mode (colon no longer blinks).
· Press [ADJ] to toggle the Alarm and Hourly Chime functions on or off.
· Press and hold [MODE] for 2 seconds to set the alarm time and activate the hourly chime. A chime icon will appear when active.


Calendar and Temperature/Humidity Display
In alarm mode, if no button is pressed for one minute, the display will return to clock mode automatically.
· Press [ADJ] once to view the calendar. It will revert to the clock display after 3 seconds.
· Press MAX/MIN to view the maximum and minimum temperature and humidity values since the last reset.


Memory Function
· Press [MEMORY] to view the recorded maximum (MAX) and minimum (MIN) temperature and humidity values.
· Press and hold [MEMORY] for more than 2 seconds to clear the recorded values.

 

 

Points to note:

• Please press (RESET) (at the back of the machine) when using/replacing the battery for the first time;


• If the machine appears any bad, please press once (RESET)


• Please put the battery back to the government designated location
