3. When refueling the machine, do not let the oil overflow out of the cup, let alone flow to the surroundings of the machine and the ground. Because oil is easy to pollute the material and affect the quality of the product.
Care instructions
1. Regularly inspect the parts, once a month, check whether the worm gear, worm, bolts, bearings and other moving parts on the lubrication block are flexible and worn, and the defects should be repaired in time and should not be used reluctantly.
2. The machine should be used in a dry and clean room, and should not be used in places where the atmosphere contains acids and other corrosive gases to the body.
3. After the machine is used or stopped, the rotating drum should be taken out for cleaning and brushing the remaining powder in the bucket, and then installed it properly to prepare for the next use.
4. When the drum moves back and forth during the work, please adjust the M10 screw on the front bearing to the appropriate position. If the gear shaft is moving, please adjust the M10 screw behind the bearing frame to the appropriate position, adjust the clearance to the bearing without sound, hand turn the pulley, the appropriate tightness is appropriate, too tight or too loose can make the machine damaged.
5. If the machine is out of service for a long time, the whole body of the machine must be wiped clean, and the smooth surface of the parts must be coated with anti-rust oil and covered with a cloth canopy.
