How it works
The working principle of the hammer feed crusher is: the feed material that needs to be crushed is put into the feed material from the feed port of the crusher, and the hammer blade in the high-speed rotation state is contacted in the grinding chamber, and the impact occurs with it, and the material is brought to the acceleration area through the high-speed rotation of the hammer, so that the material particle running speed is accelerated in an instant, and its speed is basically the same as the linear speed at the end of the hammer. At the same time, the material particles are subjected to the centrifugal force of the hammer rotation in the crushing chamber to make them contact with the screen surface, and move in a circular motion on them to form a "material-air circulation layer". However, under the influence of gravity of the material itself, most of the materials are distributed at the bottom of the crushing chamber, that is, the discharge port of the powder machine, and a small part of the materials will be distributed around the screen surface with the rotation of the hammer, and when the materials reach the size requirements, they will be discharged through the screen. The crushing of the material is a process in which the cohesive force between the molecules of the solid material is destroyed by the action of external force, resulting in the rupture of the solid material, that is, the appearance size changes from large to small, and the surface area per unit mass, that is, the specific surface area changes from small to large.
