Spreader
A seeder that evenly distributes the scattered seeds over the sowing plot. The commonly used model is a centrifugal spreader, which is attached to the rear of the agricultural transport vehicle. It consists of a seed box and a spreading wheel. The seeds fall from the seed box to the spreading wheel, and are sown in the tangential direction under the action of centrifugal force, with a sowing width of 8 ~ 12 meters. It can also be sprinkled with powdered or granular fertilizers, lime and other materials. The spreader can also be installed on agricultural aircraft.
Seed-seeded type
It is mainly used for the sowing of small seeds such as grains, vegetables, and pastures, and the commonly used grain seed drill is the grain seed drill. During the operation, the seed wheel is driven by the walking wheel to rotate, and the seeds from the seed box are discharged into the seed pipe according to the required sowing amount, and fall into the open groove through the furrow opener, and then the seeds are covered and compacted by the soil covering and pressing device. After emergence, the crops are arranged in parallel and equidistant rows. In addition to using different types of seed rowers and furrowers, the structure of the seed seeder used for different crops is basically the same, which is generally composed of a frame, a traction or suspension device, a seed box, a seed rower, a transmission device, a seed pipe, a ditch opener, a rower, a walking wheel and a soil covering and suppression device. Among them, the main factors that affect the quality of seeding are the seeding device and the furrower. Commonly used seed dischargers include sheave type, centrifugal type, grinding disc type and other types. There are shovel type, shoe type, slide knife type, single disc type and double disc type.
