The vacuum egg pump is a lightweight, gentle and reliable tool that semi-automatically transfers eggs from pulp trays to setter trays, eliminating the risk of damaging eggs.
The vacuum egg pump is made of clear plastic with no protruding studs, dents or mismatched welds or joints from the handle to the cup, ensuring no ash is deposited. The unit is compatible with a wide range of standard vacuum egg pumps and can be used in matrix and honeycomb setter trays. The device consists of vacuum pumps, each of which has one or two vacuum heads.
Place the cups of the vacuum suction device on the eggs in and out of the tray.
The eggs are then sucked into a vacuum cup.
The operator operates the vacuum egg pump and places the eggs in the setter tray.
When the stem is depressed, the egg is immediately released.
