Rising and descending and left and right rotation are carried out continuously to form a mixing process, so as to achieve a uniform mixing effect.
Vertical inner spiral mixer (also known as dry powder mixer) is a new type of high-efficiency mixing equipment, which is suitable for the mixing and mixing of putty powder, feed and other materials on interior and exterior walls. The machine has wide applicability to mixtures, will not produce stratification and segregation phenomenon for the mixing of heat-sensitive materials, will not extrude and grind granular materials, and has good adaptability to the mixing of coarse, fine and ultra-fine grains, fiber or flake materials.
Description of vertical spiral stirring structure:
The vertical inner spiral mixer is mainly composed of the transmission part, the feeding screw lifting mixing screw and the cylinder.
Transmission part: The main motor drives the spiral to rotate through the V-belt. The motor adopts 380V, 50Hz AC power supply, and the negative deviation of the power supply voltage cannot be greater than 10%.
Helix: The feed screw is rotated to feed its material into the cone. It mainly relies on the spiral blades to have a reaction force on the material, propelling the material in the opposite direction, and then lifting the material upwards through the spiral in the cone, and sprinkling it from top to bottom through the spiral outlet, so that it is continuously lifted and the material is evenly mixed.
Cylinder: The upper part is the cylinder and the lower part is the form of the cone, which is convenient for the spilled materials to be concentrated and smoothly fed into the spiral again. At the same time, there is a hole at the top for easy maintenance and observation. The lower end of the discharge port is used for safe discharge.
