Autoinjectors are used for subcutaneous vaccination, antibiotics, vitamins or other products on the neck of chicks between one and twenty days of age. There are two kinds of injection machines: single liquid injection machine can inject one liquid at a time, and double liquid automatic injection machine can inject two liquids at the same time (the two liquids are not mixed before entering the poultry body).

The injection components of the injection machine are 0.1ml, 0.15ml, 0.2ml, 0.25ml, 0.3ml, 0.4ml, 0.5ml (customers can choose one or several specifications), and can also be customized according to user requirements. The syringe has a total counter (counting the number of all chicks that have been inoculated before zeroing) and a preset counter (pre-setting the number of chicks per box or box to be inoculated, after which the machine will send out an alarm to alert the operator). With this machine, skilled technicians can inoculate 5000~6000 pigeons per hour.

2. Connect to the 220V AC power supply and put the switch in the first gear

3. Press the injection trigger switch several times until the needle has a stable jet.

4. Press the clear button to reset the displayed number to zero.

5. Place the young birds face up, close to the panel, move into the injection site, and the neck and head are close to the baffle.

6. Make the young bird's body trigger the injection switch to complete the injection.

7. When not in use, put the power switch to "0" gear and disconnect the power cord.

1. When the machine emits a "drop" long beep, that is, the number of injections reaches 100 times.

2. When you need to recount, please press the green zero button to display the number of injections to zero.

3. After the end of the day, inhale the disinfectant alcohol (or boiled water) into the syringe, connect the machine through the hose, and push the piston to clean the internal pipe of the machine.

4. When not in use, please turn off the power switch.

5. After use, please open the file cover and wipe the internal water traces.

6. Do not touch the micro switch at the front when not injecting, so as not to cause injury to personnel.

7. Non-technical personnel of the company should not open the shell of the product.
