The technical performance indicators include: mixing homogeneity, mixing time, discharging time, water supply time, water supply accuracy, concrete collapse, energy consumption, 10% overload capacity, restarting capacity after stopping for 5 min under heavy load and working noise.

(1) The mixer should be able to work reliably under the conditions of ambient temperature of 1~50°C, relative humidity ≤90% and voltage of 350~410V, and the electrical control should be safe and reliable, and the motor should start and run normally.
(2) The mixing drum should be stable and non-beating in operation, and the rated speed can be reached in the case of no load and heavy load, and the open gear ring meshing has no top card phenomenon.
(3) In principle, there is no overflow and leakage in the mixing process, and even if there is, it cannot exceed 0.08% of the feeding amount.
(4) There is no undesirable phenomena such as impact noise and overheating of bearings in the reducer.
(5) The operation of the handle should be light and flexible, and the clutch should not slip or disengage completely.
(6) The hopper should be lifted smoothly, and it is not allowed to swing left and right and deviate. In the case of heavy load, it can brake safely at any position, and there shall be no automatic falling.
(7) The feeding of the feed hopper to the mixing drum should be fast and clean, and the residual material should be less than 0.5% of the feed amount.
(8) The water supply system is not allowed to leak, the suction valve should be well sealed, and there is no need to add water when working again after the shutdown.
(9) The parts of the whole machine should be free of looseness, vibration and deformation.
