The granulator is mainly composed of feeding, mixing, granulation, transmission and lubrication system. Its working process is to require the water content of not more than 15% of the powder, from the hopper into the feeding auger, by adjusting the speed of the stepless speed regulating motor, to obtain a suitable material flow, and then enter the agitator, through the stirring rod stirring and steam mixing for quenching, if you need to add molasses or grease, also from the stirring drum to add quenching and tempering with steam, the amount of grease added is generally not more than 3%, otherwise it is difficult to form, after quenching and tempering, the temperature of the powder can reach 64-85 °C, and the humidity is up to 14-16%. Then the iron impurities mixed in the powder are removed through the chute through an optional iron suction device, and finally enter the pressing chamber for granulation.


Feeders
The feeder is composed of a speed-regulating motor, a reducer, a auger barrel and a auger shaft.
The speed regulating motor is composed of a three-phase asynchronous AC motor, an eddy current clutch and a tachogenerator, which works with the JZT controller and can change its output speed through the JDIA electromagnetic speed regulating motor controller.


Reducer
The feeding reducer adopts a cycloidal pin wheel reducer, and its deceleration speed ratio is 1.10, which is directly connected with the speed regulating motor to decelerate, so that the effective speed of the feeding auger is controlled between 12-120 rpm.


Feed augers
The feeding auger is composed of a auger barrel, a auger shaft and a seated bearing. The auger plays the role of feeding, and the speed is adjustable, that is, the feeding amount is variable to achieve the rated current and output. The auger shaft can be pulled out from the right end of the auger barrel for cleaning and overhauling.
