Tractor parts repair methods:
1. Oil leakage from the supply switch of the oil tank: the reason is that the graphite and asbestos oil seals at the switch are damaged.
Elimination: 1. Remove the switch, take out the filler, use oil-resistant rubber sheets to make two round pads with an outer diameter 1 mm larger than the switch shell hole and an inner diameter 1.50 mm larger than the handle screw, clamp the rubber pad in the middle of the steel pad, and then put it on the handle screw together, and tighten the gland device. 2. Wrap graphite and asbestos rope between the two steel pads and fill it, and tighten the gland device.
2. Oil leakage from the oil tank drain faucet: the reason is that the steel ball rust in the faucet may fail.
Exclusion: Replacement of steel balls (15 mm diameter, can be replaced by steel balls in bearings with an inner diameter of 80 mm).
3. Oil leakage from the tubing bell: the reason is that the cone of the tubing bell and the bell seat are not well sealed.
Elimination: 1. Screw the joint with the horn first. 2. After grinding the bell joint, apply sealant on the cone surface, then tighten or saw off the bell mouth, and re-expand it with an expander.
4, Hollow screw joint oil leakage: the reason is 1, the end face of the tubing joint and the washer are uneven; 2. The screw hole on the shell is uneven.
The elimination method is as follows: smooth the joint and gasket. Flatten the hexagonal inner surface of the hollow screw, then tighten or apply sealant on both sides of the washer.
5. Oil leakage at the joint surface of the shell: the reason is that the oil leakage at the joint surface of the shell, cylinder head, valve cover, timing gear chamber cover, gearbox cover, starter gearbox cover and other shells is usually caused by the fasteners are not tightened and the gasket is damaged or failed.
Elimination: 1. Do a good job of fastening frequently. 2. For parts that are not often disassembled, such as paper pads, red glue can be coated on both sides of the paper pads; 3. For the parts that are often disassembled, such as the valve chamber cover, filter shell and other joint surfaces, asbestos pads should be used, and lead oil should be applied to the pads. When tightening, the bolts in the part should be tightened symmetrically in several times. In addition, it should be ensured that the gasket is intact, the joint surface of the parts is smooth and clean, and the parts are free of misalignment and deformation.
6. Oil leakage at the shaft of each lever: the reason is 1. The sealing washer is damaged. 2. The matching gap between the shaft and the hole increases.
Exclusion: According to the diameter of the rod shaft, the appropriate oil-resistant rubber can be selected as the washer, and its inner diameter is 1-3 mm smaller than the shaft diameter, and it can be installed on the shaft surface in contact with the hole wall and pressed.
7. Crankcase oil leakage: the reason is that the paper pad is damaged or the screws are loose.
Elimination: remove the oil pan, remove the gasket for inspection, if the gasket is in good condition, wipe it clean and apply a layer of red glue; If there is damage, the gasket should be replaced. Coated with a layer of red glue,. The screws should be tightened symmetrically and evenly.
8. Oil leakage of high-pressure tubing: The reason is that after long-term use, the cone surface of the joint has been worn out, resulting in poor sealing.
Exclusion: Pad a section of plastic pipe with a length of 1-2 mm and a diameter of about 5 mm at the joint between the cone and the cone of the high-pressure tubing, or pad a copper washer with an inner diameter slightly larger than the inner diameter of the tubing and an appropriate outer diameter, or replace a new high-pressure tubing.
9. Gearbox leakage gear oil: the reason is that 1. The matching gap between the gearbox bearing and the shaft hole is too large; 2. The oil seal is worn and aged.
The exclusion method is as follows: the gap between the shaft holes of the box is too large, and it can be repaired by the inlay method. If the oil leakage is caused by the wear and aging of the oil seal, the oil seal should be replaced.
10. Oil leakage of rollers, carrier pulleys and guide wheels: the reasons are: 1. The rubber sealing sleeve is worn and aged; 2. The sealing ring is seriously worn.
The elimination method is as follows: replace the rubber seal sleeve in time. Replace the large upper sealing ring. The two rough joint surfaces of the sealing ring must be properly ground, and a layer of graphite grease must be applied on both sides, and water and dirt should not be entered by walking for 24 hours after installation.
11. Oil leakage from the oil injection port and oil drain port: the reason is that the threads and pitches of the seals of diesel tanks, gasoline tanks, hydraulic oil tanks, diesel coarse and fine filters, high-pressure oil pumps, oil pans, gearboxes and so on are inconsistent. 2. There is no sealing rubber for the diesel tank cover.
The method of exclusion is as follows: keep the screws and pitch of the seal consistent, and use all fine buckles. Retrofitting of sealing rubber.
