Poultry dehairing machine usage:
1. Check each part after unpacking, if the screws are loose during transportation, they should be re-reinforced, and turn the chassis by hand to see if it is flexible, otherwise adjust the rotating belt.
2. After the position of the machine is determined, install a knife switch or cable switch on the board wall on the side of the machine.
3. When the chickens and ducks are slaughtered, the knife edge should be as small as possible, and the chickens and ducks should be soaked in warm water (about 30 degrees) after slaughtering, so that the feathers of the whole body are warm, and it is best to put some salt in the warm water to avoid damage to the epidermis when the feathers are burned.
4. Blanch the soaked chicken and duck in hot water at about 75 degrees, and stir it with a wooden stick to make it evenly scalded.
5. Put the scalded chickens and ducks into the machine, and put 1-5 at a time
6. Turn on the knife switch, the machine starts, while running, while adding water to the poultry, it is best to add hot water, the feathers and dirt under the simmer come out with the water flow, the water can be recycled, and the feathers will be burned out in one minute, and the dirt on the epidermis of the whole body will be removed.
Precautions:
1. Install a leakage switch on the grounding wire.
2. Plug in the power supply before use, turn on the switch to check whether the turntable is working properly.
3. After use, rinse the hair removal bucket with water.
4. If the rubber hair rod is worn or broken for a long time, it should be replaced in time to ensure the normal hair removal work efficiency.
5. During a period of use, if it is found that the speed of the turntable is slow, the belt shaft may slip, so the nut of the base should be tightened, and attention should not be too tight.
Remember: It cannot be cleaned directly with a water spray.
