How it works

This equipment seems complicated but is actually very simple, equivalent to a silage machine and hammer mill mixed use, with two feed ports; Materials such as corn stalk and reed grass enter from the silage port, first cut off the silage, and then the material enters the crushing cavity from the crushing port to carry out secondary crushing, and the finished material that meets the requirements will leak out from the sieve hole, and the induced draft fan will be pulled out to complete the silage crushing of the material; Small materials (such as peanut shells, corn cob sticks, soybean straw, etc.) will directly enter the crushing cavity from the crushing port, and then the material will be crushed, and the material will be crushed by the induced draft fan. This kind of silage grass crusher is equivalent to a silage grass crusher and a hammer grinder, one top two are used, and the price is also cheap!

Basic Operations

1. When feeding, remove hard objects such as wooden sticks, ironware, and stones entrained in the material.
2. According to the length of the material you need, install and debug the gear.
3. Turn on the power source, make the machine idle for a few minutes, and then feed evenly without abnormality; Too much is easy to cause overload and stop, too little affects efficiency.
4. When you stop working, you should stop feeding first, and then let the machine idle for two minutes, blow off the dust and weeds, and then shut down.

Maintenance

1. Before use, first check whether the links of each part are reliable and whether there is any collision in the rotating parts.
2. Regularly check whether the bolts and nuts are firm, and tighten them immediately if they are loose.
3. All parts of the machine need to be lubricated often pay attention to lubrication, the lubricating oil in the gearbox is replaced once a season, and the main bearing is cleaned and filled with lithium-based grease every year.
4. Be sure to remove the dust and debris inside when filling the lubricating oil.
5. The moving and fixed knives should be kept sharp, and they should be replaced or sharpened in time after being blunt.
6. Check whether each component is worn or deformed, and replace it in time if any problems are found.
7. At the end of the operation, the main engine should be left idle for a period of time, the dust and weeds in the machine should be blown away, and then the power supply should be cut off.
