1. Bucket elevator
(1) Regularly replenish the reducer, chain lubricating oil, head and tail bearing grease;
(2) Regularly observe the tightness of the lifting belt. If the belt is loose and slippery, adjust the tail screw and tighten the lifting belt.
(3) Regularly check whether there is any leakage at the inlet of the hopper, the flange connection of the hoist, the head and tail shafts, etc. If there is a leak, apply sealant or replace the seal packing.
(4) Regularly inspect and replace the damaged bucket on the lifting belt, and tighten the bucket screws.
2. Twin shaft paddle chicken feed mixer
(1) Regularly replenish the grease of reducer, chain lubricating oil, spindle bearing and door opening bearing;
(2) The chain should always be kept slightly tight. Otherwise, the loose chain will easily cause failures such as skipping teeth and hitting blades, resulting in unnecessary losses.
(3) Regularly inspect and replenish the lubricating oil in the lubricator of the pneumatic system, check the water collection in the air-water separator, and ensure that the water level in the tank does not exceed 80%;
(4) Check whether there is air leakage (oil) in the pneumatic air pipeline and interface. If so, replace the air tubing or reinsert the fitting.
(5) Regularly inspect the rotor of the mixer and remove debris such as braided tape and nylon thread;
(6) Always check whether there is leakage in the shaft head of the mixer. If there is leakage, the gland bolt can be tightened slightly, and the packing can be replaced after the packing wears out. Always check the four corners of the mixer door for water leakage. If there is a leak, adjust the door arm support and tighten the screws.
3. Self-cleaning screw conveyor
(1) Regularly replenish the reducer, chain lubricating oil, head and tail bearing grease;
(2) Always check whether there is leakage at the head and tail shaft. If there is a leak, the sealant should be applied or the sealing packing should be replaced;
(3) When changing the chicken feed formula, the cleaning door at the bottom of the auger should be opened to clean up the residue and prevent cross-contamination.
4. Air compressor
(1) Check and replenish the air compressor oil level frequently (do not add too much) to maintain good lubrication.
(2) Regularly inspect and clean the air filter, and regularly discharge the sewage and dirt in the air bag.
5. Suction and dust removal system
(1) Regularly check the vacuuming effect. If you find that the effect is not good, please check whether the pipe is leaking (fill with sealant) and whether the bag of the bag collector is seriously blocked (clean the bag regularly, the new bag may have a slight powder leakage phenomenon);
(2) Regularly check whether there is material accumulation in the horizontal section of the suction pipe. If there is too much accumulation, it should be cleaned up.
(3) Regularly add grease to the damper and reducer. If there is an abnormal sound of the damper or fan, it should be stopped for inspection and solved before turning on the machine.
6. Drum mixer
(1) Frequently add grease to the rotary system and open gear to ensure good lubrication.
(2) Regularly check whether there is leakage in the drum. If there is material leakage or bearing damage, replace it.
