The machine is designed in the form of vertical cylinder, the lower part is slightly taper, and the spiral conveying pipeline is added at the bottom of the cylinder, which is easy to operate and easy to maintain. It can be customized, 3 tons to 15 tons can be customized according to the needs of the customer's workshop, and the materials can be produced with carbon steel village materials or stainless steel materials.


Working principle: The mixing material enters the vertical screw conveyor from the feed hopper of the vertical mixer, lifts up to the top, and then drops from the surrounding of the mixing barrel in an umbrella shape, and re-enters the vertical screw conveyor from the gap at the bottom of the sleeve, and lifts it up again, so that the cycle stirs and mixes until the mixture is even, and the discharge port is opened to discharge the material, so that the raw materials are tumbling up and down in the barrel and stirring, and a large number of raw materials can be evenly mixed in a short time, so as to achieve the purpose of uniform mixing.

 

Structure: The vertical mixer is composed of a feeding hopper, a vertical screw conveyor, a mixing cylinder and other parts.

1. Maintain the cleanliness of the body and remove the dirt and obstacles on the dry powder mixer.
2. Check the oil, circuit and control equipment of each lubrication place, and fill the lubricating oil as required.
3. Before each shift, it should be idled for 1-2min, and the reliability of the clutch and braking device should be checked at the same time.
4. During the operation of the equipment, the noise of the motor, reducer and transmission gear should be checked at any time to see whether the noise is normal and whether the temperature rise is too high.
5. After the end of each shift, the dry powder mixer should be carefully cleaned.
