Chicken Cage Maintenance
1. In order to ensure the service life of the equipment, please regularly fill the transmission parts such as transmission sprockets and gears of the gearbox with lubricating oil once a month when in use. Lubricating oil is added to each transmission sprocket of the central egg collector, and lubricating oil is added to the central manure conveying system and central egg conveying system.
2. Clean the surface of the egg conveying roller and the manure roller in time to prevent the sundries from swelling and cracking the manure belt or breaking the roller shaft.
3. Clean up the impurities in the soft and broken egg collection tray in time.
4. The ventilation system should be appropriately adjusted for side wall ventilation and roof ventilation according to different seasons.
5. Keep the lighting bulb clean always to prevent affecting the light intensity.
Common faults and troubleshooting
1. When cleaning manure, only the drive roller rotates, and the manure belt does not move.
Cause of failure: It may be because of too much chicken manure, the rubber roller and the drive roller are not tightened, and there are foreign objects stuck in the manure cleaning belt.
Exclusion method: The manure belt should be run regularly, and the expansion bolts at both ends of the drive roller should be tightened to eliminate foreign matter.
2. The material truck does not go
Cause of failure: drive the wheel to rotate, pull the rope does not move. The positioning plate on the driven wheel is not in contact with the travel switch, the track wheel is squeezed with the guide rail, and the motor is damaged.
Elimination method: rotate the material car ratchet, tighten the pull rope, adjust the position of the travel switch to make it contact, correct the guide rail to make it parallel, and replace the motor.
3. The chicken manure on the manure belt is thin
Cause of failure: water leakage in the drinking fountain, poor sealing of the connection of the water trough, and diarrhea of chickens.
Elimination method: replace the drinking fountain, apply sealant to the joint, and administer medicine for treatment.
4. High egg breaking rate
Cause of failure: chicken peck, thin eggshell, broken claw on the automatic egg collection machine, eggs rolling off the cage net collided with eggs on the egg belt. The eggs coming out of the automatic egg collecting machine collide with the eggs on the central egg conveying line.
Elimination method: Use an electric shock wire and change the feed formula. Replace the broken grippers and adjust the height of the picker to cushion it using a stopper line.
5. The manure cleaning belt is misaligned
Cause of failure: the rubber roller is not parallel to the driving roller, the length of the two ends of the manure cleaning belt is different, and the cage frame is not straight.
Elimination method: adjust the bolts at both ends of the rubber roller to make it parallel, realign and weld at the joint, and re-calibrate the cage.
