Maintenance points:

Common troubleshooting:
(1) The machine vibrates or makes noise when the grass is cut. There are many reasons for this situation, mainly because the weight difference between the two groups of hammers is large or the individual hammers are stuck and not thrown off, the bearing is damaged, and the spindle is bent and deformed; Rotor imbalance and so on. It is necessary to check one by one, adjust or replace the faulty parts.
(2) Overheating of the bearing. Bearing overheating is generally due to bearing damage, too much lubricating oil, too little or bad grease. If the bearing is damaged, it needs to be replaced with a new bearing; Lubricating oil needs to be added according to the regulations.
(3) The belt is stuck or the sound is abnormal. It is mainly caused by loose screws, too small gaps in the blades, or hard objects entering the body. Mainly check the cutterhead, screws, etc., if loose, it needs to be tightened and the blade gap is adjusted. Open the case to see if there are any foreign objects entering, etc.
(4) Stuffing grass or wrapping grass. It is mainly caused by the excessive amount of grass, and the large pulley of the spindle is manually reversed after the shutdown to remove the forage.
