Conveying and feeding systems

In the process of operation, the hopper of each layer of the crane corresponds to a trough, which can evenly drop the feed in the trough, and each chicken can freely eat fresh feed.
3. After the chickens finish eating the feed in the feed trough (set a certain time), the feeding crane automatically runs to the front end of the cage frame, and then automatically stops at the head frame position. During the operation, the crane again evenly lands the feed in the trough, and this process completes a feeding procedure. The number of feedings per day depends on the process of each farm.
Automatic drinking water system
The water supply line of the cascading layer cage equipment is arranged in the middle of the top of each layer of chicken cage, and two nipples are arranged in each cage for the chickens of the chicken cage on the left and right sides to drink water, and a V-shaped water trough is arranged under the nipples, and the splash splashed by the chicken when drinking water catches it, and then evaporates naturally. In this way, the splash will not fall into the chicken manure, making the chicken manure drier.
At the front end of each waterline, there are filters, smart water meters, dosing devices and pressure reducing regulators. Through the digital information of the smart water meter, you can know the daily drinking status of the chickens, and you can also judge the health status of the chickens.
Manure removal system

The relatively dry chicken manure can be sold directly to farmers as organic fertilizer, or processed into compound granular fertilizer and then sold, with considerable profits. If the chicken manure removed from the chicken coop is relatively thin, it is not only difficult to dispose of, but also easy to cause environmental pollution.
The manure cleaning system of the cascading layer cage equipment has a unique structure, and a longitudinal manure cleaning belt is arranged below each layer of chicken cages, so that the chicken manure of each layer of chickens falls on the manure cleaning belt scatteredly, and under the action of longitudinal flow of air, most of the moisture of the chicken manure is taken out of the house, so that the water content of the chicken manure is greatly reduced. Automatic egg collection and conveying system
Automatic egg collection and conveying systems are an important part of cascading layer cage equipment. In the process of egg collection and transportation, any link may affect the level of egg breakage. In order to achieve the best possible results throughout the egg collection and conveying process, the egg collection system is designed with the following two main issues in mind.
1. A soft egg removal device is set up.
Problem: In the process of collecting and conveying eggs, relying on the parallel movement and rolling of eggs, soft eggs cannot roll due to their soft skin, so accumulation often occurs at the transition connection between the exit of the egg collector and the central egg conveying line, which will prevent the normal eggs from passing smoothly.
Solution: In order to solve this problem, a soft egg removal device is set up before the eggs enter the egg collection machine. The eggs conveyed from the egg trough of the cage are removed from the soft eggs and broken eggs before entering the egg collector, which can avoid the above situation.
2. Set up an egg puller at the connection between the egg outlet of the egg collector and the central egg conveying line.
Problem: After the eggs come out of the egg collection machine, they roll directly to the central egg losing line, because the egg claws have a certain angle, causing the eggs to collide with each other under the action of impulse during the rolling process, resulting in broken eggs.
Solution: Set up an egg puller, so that the eggs from the egg collector are gently rolled to the central egg conveying line in an arrangement, the eggs do not collide with each other, and the egg is smoothly transitioned from the egg collector to the central egg conveying line, and the eggs are sent to the egg warehouse for grading through the central egg conveying line.
The use of automatic egg collection and central egg conveying systems in the egg production process can greatly save manpower and reduce the egg breaking rate.
Automatic ventilation and cooling system
The automatic ventilation and cooling system is the basic project to realize the automation of cascading layer cage equipment. Due to the use of a fully enclosed house for high-density laying hens, the climate in the house is completely controlled by an automatic ventilation and cooling system. If the automatic ventilation and cooling system is not appropriate, it will have a great impact on the egg production effect of the flock. Therefore, when designing the automatic ventilation and cooling system, it should be carried out according to the climatic conditions of the local farm, and it must not be dogmatic and blind.
