The raw materials of cold-dip galvanizing and hot-dip galvanizing are the same (both are low-carbon steel wires),It's just that the process of galvanizing on the surface is different.
Cold galvanizing
Step 1: Pre-treatment, cleaning and pickling of the wire mesh to remove oil, rust and oxide from the surface
Step 2: Electroplating, put the cleaned wire mesh into the electrolyte containing zinc ions, and through the action of electric current, the zinc ions are deposited on the metal surface to form a coating. Plating is carried out at room temperature.
Step 3: Post-treatment, after electroplating, the screen will be washed, dried and sealed with hot water to improve the adhesion and corrosion resistance of the coating.

The process cost of cold galvanizing is low, with a lifespan of about 8-10 years. All mesh sheets for cold galvanizing weigh 6.5kg.The coating of cold galvanizing is relatively thin, but it has good uniformity and glossiness, suitable for indoor or milder environments.
